Designed for milling alloyed steel, especially TiN when used for interrupted cuts and heavy operations. AlTiN Base M25-M40 A grade with a tough substrate, a with PVD coating and a special surface treatment. Designed for machining austenitic stainless TiSiN IC882 steel, Titanium and high temperature alloys, particularly under TiAlSiN S20-S30 hard cutting conditions. AlTiN Base P15-P30 M20-M30 A tough submicron grain size with a PVD coating coated grade. K20-K30 Suitable for medium to high cutting speeds. Designed for IC900 machining various materials like steel, stainless steel, Titanium, S10-S25 and heat resistant alloys. AlTiN H20-H30 Base P05-P15 M10-M15 Ultra-fine carbide grain, PVD coated with high resistance to K05-K15 IC902 abrasive wear, suitable for machining various materials including PVD COATED hard steel and cast iron, at high cutting speeds.
