Technical Manual Instructions 6. Instructions 6.1 Pre-Installation Checklist Technical Manual 1. Safety R Review location specific safety regulations prior to any work. 2. Mechanical R Components are clean and free of contaminates, burs, and chips. RComponent set is complete. RThe female taper is manufactured according to specification. R All required assembly and inspection tools are readily available. 3. Electrical R Ensure that the external power supply is correctly connected to the spindle. 4. Hydraulic R Hydraulic oil is according to specification. R Pressure set to recommendation. 5. Pneumatic R Pressure set to recommendation. 6. Coolant R Corrosion protection according to DIN 51360 section 2: 2 hours. R Elastomer Compatibility — no change to shore hardness and/or elongation. R Non-ferrous metal compatibility; no corrosion on copper, brass, and aluminum parts. R Glue residue after slow evaporation at 50°. Non-sticky. No residue.
