Important Notes 1. The dial is for reference purposes. Always measure the actual drilling diameter and adjust accordingly. 2. Not usable with collet chuck type holders. Use a side-locking holder. 3. Use this product on high rigidity drilling processes . This product is not recommended for deep hole drilling such as 5D and machining of material with low rigidity.

Adjust the dial on the sleeve to the reference line on the flange of the drill.

Adjustment hash marks − Turn to a positive number to expand the hole, and to a negative number to decrease the hole.

Drill set screw Loosely tighten the drill set screw to keep the drill from moving.
