Insert Grade Selection Guide

This is a series of very small (mini) indexable inserts for machining small products on small NC autolathes. Our company was the first in the industry to sell this product in 1984. Available in a full range of materials, including mainly AC530U/AC1030U, cermet T1500A, carbide BL130, SUMIBORON BN2000, and SUMIDIA DA1000, this series can handle diverse machining tasks. In addition, based on our experience with technology for machining precision parts, we have added ACZ150, a grade for high precision machining, to our lineup. We support machining operations for a wide range of industries, from automobile parts to electronic device parts.
