COATED CBN CBN & PCD TURNING INSERTS

BC8100 series for machining of hardened steel

FEATURES

The coated CBN grade BC8100 series and non-coated CBN grade MB8100 series for cutting of hardened steel uses newly developed optimized substrate technology CBN base material. The new ultra-micro-binder prevents sudden fracturing and longer tool life. The BC8100 series coating exhibits excellent fracture resistance and wear resistance by using a special PVD coating B suitable for each cutting mode.
