Design: The BILZ system is a 3-piece combination: Counterbore - pin - holder. All parts are manufactured with very high precision resulting in a reliable working tool with high true running. The counterbores have a through hole for a free-running corresponding guide pin. It is secured by 2 locknuts. The guide pinis therefore movable without losing the required stability. The respective reference values are suitable for all countersinks of the appropriate size. This allows a great number of possible combinations. Countersink and pin are inserted into holders. Due to the conical taper (taper lock) the whole tool gets a stable cohesion of all parts. Size = Fitting guide pin (see 113800). Fitting holder (see 113900 et seqq.). 1) At carbide countersinks, 113050, between guide pin and carbide cutting edge a washer is required.
