Stainless steel. Centring integrated in the plate. Includes screws, centring sleeves and blanking plugs.
Chucking spigot F/M Production ER-010742 included.
Application: Can be used on all EROWA PowerChuck P and ProductionChuck 210 Combi.
For attaching clamping devices/centring vices with 52 mm pitch.
For adapting the centring vices 363000 50/80 and 363300 75 to the
Erowa zero point clamping system ITS148P.

Height extension bases for centring vice with pitch 52 mm and 96 mm ​
Application: For raising the centring vices No. 363000 and 363300 on 5-axis machines.
The base element is always the adapter plate No. 363079, onto which the height extension base with
centring vice is mounted.
Supplied with: Centring bushings, 4 short fastening screws for mounting the centring vices on one height extension base
and 4 long fastening screws for mounting the centring vices on two height extension bases.
Note: Two height extension bases can be used on top of each other so that the height can be increased
by 100 mm!

​ Assembly set-up station
The assembly station can be fitted to the workbench by means of two screws.
Clamping studs, e.g. No. 363190, can be used to position the clamping device or jig with pitch 52/96
or 80 on the assembly station, with locking and unlocking by means of the side bridge.
Set-up times are optimised with high process reliability when clamping workpieces or
changing clamping jaws.

Suitable for:
Size 52/96 – Clamping device with pitch 52/96 and 80, e.g. Xtric No. 363000 and No. 363300.

e.g. ZeroClamp No. 360134.
Application: For mounting and removing workpieces in the clamping device and
for changing or turning the clamping jaws.
