Extension base for automation vice − pitch 80 mm

50 kN holding force from 4 sets of clamping pot components size 90, pitch 80 mm. The same principle of operation as the GARANT ZeroClamp clamping pots. Meaning there is thermal symmetry towards the centre. Manual or automatic clamping and release possible. Clamp using spring pressure, release using compressed air (6 bar).

Suitable for: Centring vice no. 360134, height element no. 360166.

Application: For all vices and pallets with ZeroClamp clamping stud size 90.

High-tensile aluminium, black anodised. Gripper groove on side 8×6 mm including central locating hole for automated applications.

Suitable for: Extension base no. 360164. Size 136 – Centring vice No. 363000 size 50 and size 80 and No. 363300 size 75.

Application: Size 136 – For adapting a clamping device with a pitch of 52 mm to a pitch of 80 mm. Size 180 – Unrestricted surface on an 80 mm pitch for individual processing or for use as a pallet.

Supplied with: 36 0171_136 Size 136 – 4 × fastening screw, 4 × grub screw M8, 2 × locator bushing, 4 × clamping stud No. 360025 12M10/90. Size 180 – 4 × clamping stud No. 360025 12M10/90. Size 180 – 4× threaded pin M8.
