A SUMIDIA Binderless uses nano-polycrystalline diamond for the cutting edge, demonstrating excellent wear resistance and fracture resistance. In particular, it achieves extended tool life and machining accuracy superior to Carbide Coated conventional polycrystalline diamond when machining hard brittle materials such as cemented carbide.
