This is made possible by a steel specially customized for us and a specially attuned hardening process. Compared to 16-slotted collets, ours are substantially less prone to entangle themselves in the lower clamping range.
Not only the slots are deburred, but the finish of the operating surfaces, too, is on all sides ≤ 1.6 µm
