Knurling tools Knurling methods Product information The knurl technique distinguishes two different processes: knurl forming and knurl milling. Both procedures have their special fields of application, possible applications and limitations. While an advantage of knurl forming is, for example, the simpler application, knurl milling is always the preferred method if the surface quality does not allow any compro- mises.
