Use: Machine reamers to ream conical through-holes, conical holes for taper 12 pins to DIN 1, 258, 7977 and 7978. Especially for long-chipping material. The operation of the helix and flute geometry requires a large
chip removal (don´t pre-drill too large!). For pre-drilling, we recommend taper pin cone drill 101530.

Design: reamer with conical increasing lead (taper 1:10 to lead length) - the strong web and the curved body make this reamer a robust tool - due to its helical flute it operates using a soft, shearing cut
Use: At mounting of components when displaced bores have to be aligned with one another or reamed or when rivet holes have to be enlarged. In boiler construction bridge reamers are used in compressed air portable drills.
