Automation vice in combination with an automation extension base

  • Clamping of blank parts (Gripp top jaws) and finished parts (carbide top jaws). no need for cleaning.
  • High clamping accuracy.
  • Clamping force up to 17 kN (size 80) or 25.5 kN (size 120).

Basis Clamping studs Integral M8 tapped holes Clamping is achieved using 4 clamping studs. ⌀ 12H7 and 80 mm pitch.

  • Draw-in force of 12.5 kN per stud.
  • The same principal of operation as for the clamping pots. Attachment hole
  • Absolute zero point is maintained thanks to thermal symmetry.

Opening Monitoring the back pressure

  • This is done using the Zerobot gripper, by rotary feed-through of the machine or manually.

Bleeding Back pressure can be checked. Automation vice 36 0134 in combination with extension base 36 0164.
