Assembly jig with rollers
Suitable for: For all popular tool arbors such as SK (DIN 69871), HSK (forms A, B, C, D, E, F), polygon shanks, MAS/BT (JIS B 6339), and CAT (ANSI B5.50).
Application: For easy and reliable clamping of tool arbors at the collar using rollers to mount and remove cutting tools − friction lock is self-clamping and ideal for HSK forms E and F, and also polygon shank arbors.

TORCO-BLOCK tool assembly measuring system
- Sturdy but lightweight body made from aluminium with integrated torque measurement. Display either as actually achieved torque or as a visualisation of the recommended tightening torque for a specific collet chuck type/ clamping nut type, collet size or pull stud.
- For use with toolholders that have to be screwed to a specific torque, especially for collet chucks.
