Flexible and secure: OSS, the Open Security Standard OSS provides a standardised interface to many access systems. Don’t miss out – simply integrate your workstations and storage solutions into your access system. Unlike offline locks, the access rights of online locks are stored in the database of an access control system and are dynamically written to the RFID card/TAG using online readers with the updater function. This means they can be programmed flexibly. The OSS standard offline data on the employee ID card can be stored there very flexibly. As a result, many different access rights can be assigned (e.g. canteen, locks, social area/common room, access authorisations for shift work). Please note The Hoffmann Group does not offer central access software systems or support for them. 328
