U-TRONIC SYNCHRO The new patented D'Andrea SYNCHRO system refers to the application on a head of the concept of synchronisation between the axes. The displacement of the tool-holder slide is performed by synchronising the motor that allows rotation of the machine spindle with the servomotor dedicated to the tool-holder slide movement. Synchronisation between the axes is managed by the numerical control of the machine. The solution is used to increase the general performance of the head, in particular the feed rate of the slide.
