ISOTURN TOOLS USER GUIDE ISOTURN JHP Tools Insert Indexing Procedure The unique High-Pressure coolant system is composed 1 of a static housing and telescopic tube to direct the coolant exactly to the cutting edge of the insert. The telescopic tube embedded in the housing skews right and left, according to the working direction of the tool (see drawing). The advantage of this system is that there is no need to detach the housing of the tool when changing an insert. This reduces setup time. 2 To mount or change an insert, press on the telescopic tube in a backward direction.
