Water (up to +60 °C) may only be used after our release of the frame data. If slewing motions of the hose are possible during operation, please use special swivel joints to avoid leaks. Avoid vibrations as well as tensile or torsional forces at the plug connections. Never use the fittings on installations to safe or maintain human life. After assembly we recommend to carry out a tightness test in order to avoid mounting errors or the like. Installation of the hose: Use a sharp hose cutter to cut the hose at right angles without any ridges or burrs. Make sure that the outer surface of the hose does not have any scratches or scoring marks. Ensure that the hose is within permissible tolerances. Bear in mind that soft hoses will only withstand low pressures. When inserting the hose, be aware that the plug connections have two pressure points through which the hose must be pushed: 1. through retaining claw and 2. through sealing. Only with both pressure points overcome, the hose is correctly inserted. Disassembly of the hose: Before disassembling the hose, make sure that there is no more pressure inside the hose. For removal of the hose, press the release ring on both sides evenly strong to unlock the retention claws evenly. Otherwise, scratches can occur which may cause later leakages! Finally, pull the hose vertically out of the connector. www.precitool.de 92/1269
