GBP 57 INSTALLATION OF MEDIA There are three options available for installing media units such as sockets, USB ports, switches and network sockets in the media columns: ■ Ready-to-use modules ■ Media inserts ■ Keystone 92 Ready-to-use modules No. 92 8930 ■ These are encapsulated media modules designed for immediate use without the need for wiring by a qualified electrician. They are available with sockets in various country-specific versions, ON/OFF switches and chargers for USB-A and USB-C. ■ Fitted with Wieland plugs, they can be connected with ease. In addition to the ready-to-use modules, a connection cable No. 92 8935 is required in the appropriate country-specific version. ■ Sockets and USB ports are fitted with covers to protect them from dirt. Note: Easy connection via the Wieland system. Media inserts No. 92 8970 ■ Media inserts are unwired and must be connected by a qualified electrician. Media inserts are available as sockets in various country-specific versions and USB 5V, ON/OFF switches and dimmers. ■ The media inserts are fitted into the media columns Cover No. 92 8961 in a modular fashion. ■ Covers must be fitted before inserting the media inserts. Covers are only available for sockets and USB ports. ■ The media inserts are inserted into the frame No. 92 8960 and secured using the corresponding retaining frame. Media insert: No. 92 8970 Frame No. 92 8960 Available in two sizes: for 1 or 3 media slots. Includes a retaining frame which secures the media inserts in place within the frame. Keystone No. 92 8975 Cover Keystone insert No. 92 8961 No. 92 8990 ■ The media inserts are fitted into the media columns in a modular fashion. ■ Covers must be fitted before inserting the media inserts. Covers are available for all Keystone models. ■ Keystones are clipped into the Keystone inserts. The Keystone inserts are then inserted into the frame No. 92 8960 and secured Keystone with the corresponding retaining frame.
