TDF Drills for Flat-Bottom Applications (Available as Semi-Standards) Primary Application Engineered specifically to eliminate the need for a two-part operation when drilling flat-bottom holes or on an inclined surface: • Drill flat-bottom holes in one step. • Eliminate the need to use both an end mill and a drill to machine a flat on an inclined surface. • After full cylindrical engagement, the drills run at normal solid carbide drilling parameters.
